The Nashville Music City Central Bus Terminal is the central transportation terminus in downtown Nashville. It will provide commuters with 24 bus stops as well as restaurants and shops. A comprehensive, detailed wayfinding study identified vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Based on these distinct patterns, all information, identification, and directional signs were located.
Messages were determined for all 200 signs, and graphics were developed. In order to assist in remembering where your car was parked, each floor was identified by an instrument. One garage was all strings, and the other was winds. The sign package detailed each of the 22 sign types and included all graphics, specifications, and layouts.
